Terms & Conditions

Triporium operates under Mystify Trust Pty Ltd
ABN: 219 209 422 66
ACN: 651 822 552

Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully. They contain important information about your rights, obligations and remedies. You must not make a booking with us unless you understand and agree to these terms.

References to “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Triporium” refer to Triporium under Mystify Trust Pty Ltd.
References to “you” and “your” refer to the customer.

These terms apply to all bookings made with us. The person making the booking confirms they are authorised to act on behalf of all travellers included in the booking and accepts these terms on their behalf.

Passports & Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure you hold and travel with all required documentation, including passports, visas and re-entry permits.

All international travellers must hold a valid passport. Many countries require at least six (6) months validity beyond your return date and may require a machine-readable passport.

Unless advised otherwise, we will assume all travellers hold a valid Australian passport. You must notify us if this is not the case.

Any fines, penalties, costs or losses arising from failure to meet documentation requirements are your responsibility.

We can provide general information only regarding passport and visa requirements. Where requested, we may engage third-party visa advisory services on your behalf (fees apply). We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third parties and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on that information, except where required by law.

USA & Canada:
Australian passport holders must obtain an ESTA (USA) or ETA (Canada) prior to travel. Entry will be refused without valid authorisation.

Traveller Names

All travel documentation must match the traveller’s valid identification exactly.

  • International airline tickets must match passport details

  • Domestic airline tickets must match valid photo identification

Tickets and travel documents are non-transferable.

Incorrect names may result in cancellation or denial of travel with no refund. You must review your booking carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

At a minimum, your policy should cover:

  • Cancellation and amendment costs

  • Medical and repatriation expenses

  • Personal injury or death

  • Loss or theft of baggage and money

  • Personal liability

Some suppliers require proof of insurance. Credit card or reciprocal medical cover is often insufficient.

We can provide general information about travel insurance and assist with referrals. Always review the insurer’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) to ensure the cover meets your needs.

Travel Advice & COVID-19

Travel advice, entry requirements and health regulations (including COVID-19) may change without notice.

It is your responsibility to stay informed of:

  • Airline requirements

  • Transit and destination entry rules

  • Government health directives

You should check requirements:

  • At the time of booking

  • Prior to departure

  • Immediately before travel

We recommend reviewing DFAT Smartraveller (www.smartraveller.gov.au) and registering your trip.

Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all health and vaccination requirements for your travel.

Failure to provide required documentation (e.g. Yellow Fever certificates) may result in denied entry. We recommend consulting your doctor or a travel health clinic prior to travel.

Special Requests

Please advise us of any special requirements (including medical needs, seating requests, or room preferences).

We will pass requests to suppliers, however:

  • All requests are subject to supplier availability

  • Requests cannot be guaranteed

  • We are not liable if requests cannot be fulfilled

Frequent Flyer & Loyalty Programs

You must provide frequent flyer or loyalty membership details at the time of booking.

We cannot guarantee:

  • Points accrual

  • Status credits

  • Lounge access or benefits

Eligibility is subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.

Prices & Availability

All prices are subject to availability and change until paid in full.

Deposits do not guarantee pricing. Prices may change due to:

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Taxes and surcharges

  • Supplier pricing changes

Changes & Cancellations – Our Fees

Triporium does not charge additional change or cancellation fees beyond supplier charges.

Any booking or consultation fees paid to Triporium are non-refundable, as they cover the time, expertise and administrative costs involved in providing our services.

Supplier Fees

Changes or cancellations are subject to supplier terms and may incur fees of up to 100% of the booking value, regardless of whether travel has commenced.

Refunds cannot be issued until funds are received from the supplier. Where we incur supplier charges on your behalf, you agree to reimburse us.

Schedule Changes

Schedules may change without notice. We will notify you where advised but recommend confirming flight times directly with airlines at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Surcharges may apply.

You authorise us to charge all amounts due to your nominated card. If payment is declined, you agree to pay all outstanding amounts immediately.

Saved card details are stored securely and may be used for future authorised transactions. You may request removal at any time.

EFT / Direct Deposit

No surcharge applies. Payments must be received at least 2 business days prior to due date. Cash and cheque payments are not accepted.

We are not the provider of travel services and are not liable for supplier acts or omissions except where required by law.

Your legal rights regarding services lie with the relevant supplier.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Triporium is not liable for loss, damage, delay, injury or expense caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to remedies available under Australian Consumer Law and applicable international conventions.

All monies paid to us become our property and are not held on trust for you. Funds may be held in accounts with other customer monies until paid to suppliers.
